Melissa is a senior property management professional with extensive experience in client relations and tenant services, working in property management since 2010.

As Senior Customer Relations Officer, Melissa oversees communication between owners, tenants, and management, ensuring a responsive, professional, and service-driven experience. Her ability to manage tenant concerns, coordinate service requests, and maintain positive long-term relationships plays a key role in tenant retention and overall property performance.

Harbans Gill is an experienced property management professional with over a decade of experience in property administration, supporting multifamily operations since 2012.

In her role as Senior Property Administrator at Canadian Homes Realty & Management Inc., she plays a key role in ensuring the day-to-day administrative functions of our managed properties operate smoothly and efficiently. Her responsibilities include lease administration support, documentation management, coordination of tenant records, and assisting with compliance and reporting requirements.

Known for her attention to detail and reliability, Harbans provides essential operational support to both management and ownership.
